Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of jentry, operated by DevCloud Software. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use jentry for an organization, you represent that you may bind that organization.
1. The service
jentry provides hosted error tracking and performance monitoring. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Don’t use jentry to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send data you have no right to send, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or exceed the technical limits of your plan through abuse. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
3. Plans & billing
Paid plans (Team, Business) are billed monthly through Stripe at the prices shown on our pricing page. Plans are flat: quotas shed excess events rather than billing overages. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and, at the end of the paid period, moves you to the Free plan. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Your data & ownership
You own the telemetry and content you send to jentry. You grant us the rights necessary to store and process it in order to provide the service. We act as your processor for that data and handle it per our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights and disclosures needed for the data you send, and for not sending data you shouldn’t.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, jentry and DevCloud Software are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
6. Termination
You may stop using jentry and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your data is deleted per our retention practices.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, announced. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
